  • How long does shipping take?
    We fulfill orders in 1-3 business days shipping can take up to 7-10 business days.
  • Can I make changes to an order after I placed it?
    Our customizable items cannot be changed once the order is placed, please double check all spelling and dates as they will be printed exactly as they are. We also are not able to change shipping and billing addresses please double-check that it is correct.
  • Can I cancel an order?
    Yes, only if your order it has not shipped yet please send us an email on the Contact Us page. After it has shipped we can not cancel your order.
  • Can I return an order?
    Yes, only if your item was damaged upon arrival you are responsible for the return shipping cost and it will be deducted from your return. If you choose to replace it we will send a new one once the damaged item has been returned free of charge.
  • How long will it take to print my order?
    This depends upon your design and material choice, if your design is more complex and need more time to fulfill you will be notified before the deposit 1-10 shirts - 1-3 business days 10 shirts or more - 7+ business days
  • How long does shipping take for a custom order?
    7-10 business days. You can get 2-day shipping for an extra fee that depends on your order size.
  • Do you provide the shirts?
    Yes we provide all shirts and accessories for our custom orders.
  • Do you have different brands of shirts to choose from?
    For our custom shirts Gildan Unisex shirts are the standard. We have a variety of brands just ask in your initial email if you prefer a different brand or fit.
  • Can I cancel a custom order?
    Not once production has begun.
  • Is the deposit refundable?
    No.
  • Does the deposit go toward your total?
    Yes your deposit will be subtracted from the total.
  • Are custom shirts refundable?
    No, these are custom designs we will make sure you are satisfied with your design before paying your total and before printing.
  • What if I need my order by a specific date?
    Make sure to contact us at least 2-4 weeks before that date. If it is less than 1 week before need-by date there will a rush charge of $50 if we are able to fulfill your order before that date.
